The Golden Rule is not a “Christian” statement, in spite of the fact that in the “west” it’s most closely associated with what the New Testament Gospel writers attribute to Jesus.

Do Unto Others is not “religious.” It’s not “spiritual.” Nor is it “secular.” It’s universal. This quote from Publilius Syrus is just one more example that emphasizes our recognition that the Principle of Mutuality is part of what makes us what, and who, we are.
